Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).If the item is defective, or an incorrect item shipped, we will ask the customer to donate the item to a worthy charity & obtain a donation receipt. If the customer wishes to return the product for any reason other than defect, customer will need to sip the product back prepaid. No item will be received freight collect. Please have your return to the following: Bcomfort LLC, 341 Riverchase Way, Lexington, SC 29072 & reference the RAN. If the bean bag has been abused and customer wishes for it to be repaired, please empty the bean bag of its contents. You can then ship the empty beanbag back to us along with a letter including the PO# and the address for the return of the repaired empty beanbag. Customer is responsible for the freight. Please also include a check for the $ 15.00 repair charge all repairs must be paid in advance.
